1. Who We Are (Data Controller)

1.1 For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, "DPA"), 007jl acts as the Personal Information Controller in respect of the personal data you provide when using the 007jl Platform.

1.2 007jl operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Our operations are subject to PAGCOR's data governance requirements in addition to the DPA.

1.3 References to "007jl," "we," "us," or "our" in this Privacy Policy refer to the 007jl platform and its operating entity. References to "you," "your," or "Player" refer to any individual who accesses or uses the 007jl Platform.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 007jl collects the following categories of personal data, depending on how you interact with the Platform:

3. How We Collect Your Data

3.1 Directly from You. The majority of personal data 007jl holds is provided directly by you during the account registration process, KYC verification, payment transactions, and communications with our support team.

3.2 Automatically. When you access and use the 007jl Platform, certain technical and usage data is collected automatically through cookies, web beacons, server logs, and similar tracking technologies. This data helps us maintain platform security, analyze usage patterns, and improve the player experience.

3.3 From Third Parties. 007jl may receive personal data about you from the following third-party sources:

• Identity verification and KYC service providers;
• Payment processors and e-wallet providers (GCash, PayMaya, banks);
• Fraud detection and anti-money laundering screening services;
• PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities, where required by law;

• KYC & Regulatory Compliance: Verifying your age (21+ requirement), identity, and source of funds in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• Payment Processing: Facilitating deposits and withdrawals through your chosen payment method (GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, debit card);
• Fraud Prevention & Security: Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity, money laundering, and other illegal conduct on the Platform;
• Customer Support: Responding to your inquiries, resolving disputes, and providing technical assistance;
• Responsible Gaming: Monitoring gameplay patterns to identify potential problem gambling behavior and administering self-exclusion and limit-setting tools;
• Platform Improvement: Analyzing usage data to improve the performance, features, and user experience of the 007jl Platform;
• Marketing Communications: Sending you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates — only where you have consented to receive such communications and subject to your right to opt out at any time;
• Legal Obligations: Complying with applicable Philippine laws, PAGCOR directives, court orders, and regulatory requirements.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

5.1 007jl processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the DPA:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — i.e., operating your account, processing payments, and delivering gaming services;
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the DPA itself, and other applicable Philippine laws;
• Legitimate Interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where our legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights;
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have given explicit, informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

6.1 007jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers under any circumstances.

6.2 We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:

• KYC & Identity Verification Providers: Third-party services that assist in verifying your identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR requirements;
• Payment Processors: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and banking partners (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) for processing deposits and withdrawals;
• Fraud & AML Screening Services: Providers that help us detect and prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity in compliance with Republic Act No. 9160;
• IT & Platform Service Providers: Cloud hosting, data storage, and technical infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements;
• Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government bodies, where required by law or regulatory directive;
• Law Enforcement: Philippine law enforcement agencies, where required by a valid court order, subpoena, or legal process.

6.3 All third-party service providers who process personal data on behalf of 007jl are bound by contractual data processing agreements that require them to maintain appropriate security measures and process data only for the specified purpose.

7. Data Retention

7.1 007jl retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements;
• Financial & Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act;
• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction;
• Customer Support Records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction;
• Technical & Usage Logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required for longer periods for security or legal purposes.

7.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with 007jl's data disposal procedures.

8. Security Measures

8.1 007jl implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and the 007jl Platform is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher;
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data stored on 007jl servers is encrypted using AES-256 encryption;
• Access Controls: Access to personal data is restricted to authorized 007jl personnel on a strict need-to-know basis, enforced through role-based access controls;
• Two-Factor Authentication: 007jl supports and encourages the use of two-factor authentication (2FA) for player accounts;
• Regular Security Audits: 007jl conducts regular internal and third-party security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans;
• Incident Response: 007jl maintains a documented data breach response plan. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to your rights, 007jl will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours and affected players without undue delay, as required by the DPA.

8.2 While 007jl takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials.

9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

9.1 007jl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize you, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Platform is used.

9.2 007jl uses the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These cannot be disabled as they are required for account login, session management, and security. No consent is required for these cookies;
• Performance & Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how players use the Platform by collecting anonymized usage statistics. Used to identify and fix performance issues;
• Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences (e.g., language settings, preferred payment method) to provide a more personalized experience;
• Marketing Cookies: Used to deliver relevant promotional content. These are only set with your explicit consent.

9.3 You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the 007jl Platform. Withdrawing consent for non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use core Platform features.

10. Your Data Subject Rights

10.1 Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by 007jl:

11. Children's Privacy

11.1 The 007jl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. 007jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

11.2 If 007jl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, the data will be deleted, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with our underage account policy.

11.3 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on the 007jl Platform, please contact our support team immediately so we can take appropriate action.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

12.1 007jl primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or international KYC verification services.

12.2 Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, 007jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those required by the Philippine DPA.

12.3 By using the 007jl Platform, you consent to the transfer of your personal data outside the Philippines where necessary for the provision of our services, subject to the safeguards described above.

13. Updates to This Privacy Policy

13.1 007jl reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

13.2 When material changes are made to this Privacy Policy, 007jl will notify registered players through a prominent notice on the Platform or via the email address associated with their account, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

13.3 Your continued use of the 007jl Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

14.1 007jl has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) in compliance with Section 21 of the Philippine Data Privacy Act. The DPO is responsible for overseeing 007jl's data protection strategy and ensuring compliance with the DPA.
