3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 007jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 007jl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. 3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 007jl login credentials, including your username and password. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 007jl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your 007jl account at any time by contacting customer support. 007jl reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 007jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted subject to availability.
4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. You must not fund your 007jl account using funds derived from illegal activities. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. 10.2 007jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 007jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 007jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 007jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 007jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
11.2 By registering an account on the 007jl Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 007jl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11.3 007jl implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. 11.4 007jl may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other Philippine government authorities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

12.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 007jl Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.3 For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, 007jl reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
